
Pre-Sales Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team.
">Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and be able to articulate the company's solutions, positioning them to both business and technical users. They will be primarily engaged in a pre-sales technical consultancy role, providing technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customer requirements, consulting with technical teams, and supporting sales teams on proposal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
To acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Dengage's solution.
Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.
Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations that position dEngage products as the best solution for prospective clients.
Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team.
Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
