Pre-Sales Consultant

The role of a Pre-Sales Consultant is to provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process. This involves identifying customers' technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's solution and its capabilities.
  • Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine their technical and business requirements.
  • Create high-quality demonstrations that position the company's products as the best solution for prospective clients.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
  • Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
  • Foster teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales field with at least 2 years in pre-sales position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Excellent presentation skills, well-organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
