Role Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer service administration, digital marketing, and contract negotiation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships and qualify events for participation
  • Prepare quotes and responses to RFP/RFQ and bids on government vendor sites
  • Renew certifications and maintain compliance

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Masters graduates with excellent English and computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS suite and internet usage
