About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and gather feedback to improve our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Manage and improve the overall customer experience, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with various departments to provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide detailed information about Changan Auto's products, services, and policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
