Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous communication to customers through various channels.
  • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable business solutions.
  • Manage relationships with customers across multiple e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to provide feedback and suggest ways to enhance customer experience.
  • Solve complex customer cases and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support management.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales and strategy planning is essential.
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce models, such as dropshipping and retail arbitrage, along with Amazon FBA and FBM.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Saturday: 6 pm - 3 am
  • Saturday: 6 pm - 11 pm
