Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to support our expanding ecommerce presence. As an integral part of our back-office team, you'll play a crucial role in managing listings on major online marketplaces and strengthening relationships with B2B and wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, sales support, or account coordination roles, with a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and Walmart, ensuring accurate inventory updates, order tracking, and performance reports.
  • B2B Account Management: Maintain strong communication with existing B2B and wholesale clients, identify new leads, and assist in building CRM databases for consistent follow-ups.
  • Research & Execution: Support the Ecommerce Manager with competitor research, pricing strategies, and market trends, executing administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
