Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs, manage diverse recruitment channels, and ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • HR System Development & Compliance Management: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and develop compliant HR management frameworks, design and implement HR systems, and maintain open communication with local authorities.
  • Employee Relations Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, establish clear communication channels, handle employee complaints and conflicts, and protect both the company's image and employees' rights.
  • Recruitment Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce demand forecasts, evaluate and adjust recruitment plans, and ensure alignment with actual organizational needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation systems, organize and monitor performance appraisal processes, and support employees through performance coaching and improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Master's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Labor Law, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager.

Professional Skills:

Strong knowledge of all HR functional areas, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Core Competencies:

Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, strong communication and coordination skills, team leadership skills, and fluency in English.
