About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong teams, ensuring smooth human resources processes, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 6 months-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to both recruitment and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, human resources policies, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resources systems (ATS/HRIS).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
