Senior Business Intelligence Manager

This position is a senior-level leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies across multiple programs and locations.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing client interactions and developing strategic partnerships for a large organization. They will be responsible for identifying ongoing opportunities for growth, ensuring consistency in QA delivery, and partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to devise data-driven strategies.

  • Responsible for being the client's single point of contact and managing client interactions and strategic partnerships for the whole organization.
  • Ensure client needs are met on an ongoing basis with a high level of client satisfaction while adhering to current client contractual commitments.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through data analysis and process improvement.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Director, handling multiple accounts/programs, and managing onsite and remote teams in different sites and geos. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/SPSS and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities may include working on shifting schedules, traveling regularly (20% travel required), and interacting with senior-level executives internally and externally.

This is a senior management-level position requiring calmness, purposefulness, and good judgment in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
