An exciting position has arisen for a Senior Manager in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Aga Khan University.

About the Role
  • This is a senior management position responsible for implementing quality initiatives, managing departmental operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare administration services and a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail, and be able to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing departmental quality initiatives and measures recommended by JCIA, CAP, and the Healthcare Commission.
  • Managing travel policies, credentialing processes, and securing resources from multiple departments.
  • Coordinating safety and security policies through regular audits, training programs, and compliance inspections.
  • Assisting in overall administrative and operational functions, reviewing and improving procedures to drive innovation and efficiency.
