Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Representative. The job involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote services.

  • Daily tasks include providing product information, addressing customer queries, closing sales, and maintaining customer records.
  • The representative will participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services, ensuring top-notch customer support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Closing sales deals over the phone by effectively promoting services and addressing customer concerns.
  4. Maintaining accurate customer records and databases to enhance business operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  2. Experience in customer support and handling customer queries.
  3. Proven sales skills and ability to close deals over the phone.
  4. Able to participate in training sessions and apply learned knowledge effectively.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  7. Experience in the financial or technology industry is advantageous.
