International Sales Development Manager

As an International Sales Development Manager at International SOS, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Commercial and Business Aviation market across the Asia region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the Commercial and Business Aviation market sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, business jet operators, MRO providers, and OEMs to provide value-added solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and manage risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Commercial and Business Aviation market.
  • Strong network and relationships with aviation operators, OEMs, and key stakeholders across Asia.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and regulatory environments within the aviation sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
