Job Title

A Project Manager is required to lead the implementation of behavior change strategies to strengthen healthcare quality in community and provider settings.

This is a grant-funded contractual position.

About the Role
  • Lead the design, implementation, and supervision of behavior change strategies to improve healthcare quality.
  • Oversee the rollout of provider behavior change training modules and establish systems for feedback, supervision, and performance monitoring.
  • Strategically guide community-level behavioral change interventions to increase awareness and enhance uptake of healthcare services.
Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and supervise behavior change strategies to strengthen healthcare quality at both community and provider levels.
  2. Roll out provider behavior change training modules and establish systems for feedback, supervision, and performance monitoring.
  3. Guide community-level behavioral change interventions to increase awareness and enhance uptake of healthcare services.
  4. Manage the implementation of the community platform component of EPHS in district Tando Allahyar.
  5. Establish and maintain high-level coordination with district health authorities, local NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
  6. Identify systemic and community-level barriers to service utilization and quality, and develop actionable strategies to address them.
  7. Supervise the formation and functioning of community-based structures (e.g., women's support groups) to promote sustained behavior change and social accountability.
  8. Monitor and evaluate project performance indicators related to behavior change, community engagement, and healthcare quality.
  9. Ensure accurate documentation, data quality, and timely reporting on community engagement activities, behavioral outcomes, and healthcare trends.
Qualifications
  • A master's degree in social sciences, Public Health, Nursing or Community Development from a recognized university.
  • At least 7 years experience in community mobilization, particularly in healthcare projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with women and marginalized groups.
