**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline for our company's products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target markets and industries.
- Engage with prospects through phone calls to initiate conversation and understand their needs.
- Articulate the benefits and value propositions of our products/services to prospects, aiming to generate interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and track progress using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to effectively tailor lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and engaging approach.
- Able to conduct effective market research and identify potential customer segments.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple sales activities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
