**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline for our company's products/services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target markets and industries.
  2. Engage with prospects through phone calls to initiate conversation and understand their needs.
  3. Articulate the benefits and value propositions of our products/services to prospects, aiming to generate interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and track progress using CRM software or other designated tools.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to effectively tailor lead generation strategies.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and engaging approach.
  • Able to conduct effective market research and identify potential customer segments.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple sales activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
