Drive the effective procurement of technical goods and services for a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure technical domains and ensure that bidding processes adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Review RFQ/RFP documents with relevant departments.
  • Favor candidates with in-depth knowledge of cell sites, power projects, cooling systems, HVAC, UPS, PDF, rectifiers, data centers, and related systems.
  • Maintain frequent communication with concerned departments to enhance internal collaboration and activity planning.
  • Arrange quotes, evaluate, and prepare comparative statements for final approval.
  • C-coordinate with departments to generate purchase requests aligned with proper specifications for the purchase of goods.
  • Promote maximum vendor/supplier participation for tender floats to secure competitive prices and quality goods according to procurement policy.
  • Support negotiation teams for purchases of goods/services as per procurement policy.
  • Explore new vendors and sign frame supply agreements for recurring items/services.
  • Evaluate suppliers periodically with respective requesting departments to retain quality suppliers and update supplier databases.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain.
  • Accredited procurement and supply chain certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with in-depth knowledge of cell sites, power projects, cooling systems, HVAC, UPS, PDF, rectifiers, data centers, and related systems.
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms and preferably Oracle Sourcing Module.
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies, equipment, and services.
  • Strategic sourcing.
  • Contract management.
  • Presentation preparation and scenario building. 360-degree relationship management.
