Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and ambitious graduate to take up a challenging role as a Tele Marketing Executive. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal part in our marketing strategy by promoting our real estate services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to effectively promote our real estate services.
  2. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant and accurate information.
  3. Assist in following up on leads and nurturing potential client relationships through proactive communication.
  4. Provide detailed and comprehensive information about our services and answer client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for engaging clients.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles is highly desirable but not essential.
