To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer support or client service.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Intermediate education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (strong command of English).
