Human Resources Officer Position

We seek a seasoned professional to serve as a Human Resources Officer. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of our workforce by implementing HR initiatives and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and overseeing the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for new employees.
  • Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and EEO data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR officer or administrator with a strong understanding of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of employees.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Strong ethics and reliability, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
  • Relevant education, such as a BSc/BA in business administration or social studies, and/or relevant certifications, such as PHR from the HR Certification Institute.
