About the Role

This senior-level position serves as a key liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring seamless execution of projects and daily operations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of the Kharian site office, coordinate with engineering, admin, procurement, HR, and marketing teams, and track key project timelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Office & Project Coordination
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and the on-ground teams at Kharian.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kharian site office to ensure alignment with executive priorities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, admin, procurement, HR, and marketing teams for project updates and execution.
  • Track key project timelines, flag delays or issues, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
  • Maintain reporting systems for construction progress, budget updates, and other key deliverables.
