About Our Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate in Education. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing 3-5 smart schools within targeted urban slum neighborhoods of Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • School location identification: Conduct assessments and surveys to identify suitable locations for setting up smart schools within a designated cluster.
  • Negotiation & deal closure: Negotiate and finalize agreements for school spaces, ensuring cost-effectiveness and long-term viability.
  • School setup: Oversee school infrastructure setup, procurement of resources and technology installation.
  • Recruitment and staffing: Recruit a school team including school Principal and facilitators and onboard them on school policies and procedures.
  • Community engagement: Build strong relationships with community members and local stakeholders to encourage enrollment and participation.
  • Operations oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal learning environments and adherence to school policies and procedures.
  • Tracking and reporting: Regularly track and report metrics including student attendance, retention, academic progress and engagement levels. Proactively identify and resolve issues, and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, deployments, or operations management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing logistics and working with vendors/suppliers.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with educational technology or IT systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to challenges, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
