Customer Service Manager Role at MBE.

About the Job:

MBE is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to drive results, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for conducting regular coaching sessions, monitoring and evaluating team performance, implementing company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive team culture.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in a call center environment with leadership roles.
  2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Commitment to delivering excellent service.
Working Hours:

Evening/Night Shift

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience.
