About the Job:MBE is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to drive results, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for conducting regular coaching sessions, monitoring and evaluating team performance, implementing company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive team culture.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment with leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service.
Evening/Night Shift
$70,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience.
