Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development expert to join our team.

  • This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce strategy by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill staffing needs to support business objectives.
  • Conduct job analysis, create position descriptions, and design interview processes.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel candidates on company benefits and compensation.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employment data and best practices.
  • Publish monthly hiring reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
