Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an effective recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
  2. Evaluate Applicants: Conduct thorough evaluations of applicants to ensure they meet job requirements and possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
  3. Nurture Industry Connections: Establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts, association members, trade groups, and current employees to identify potential candidates.
  4. College Recruiting Initiatives: Coordinate and execute college recruiting initiatives to tap into the pool of talented young professionals.
  5. Competency Assessment: Develop and implement testing methodologies to assess the competence levels of applicants and ensure they align with job roles.
  6. Team-Building Exercises: Design and implement team-building exercises and workshops to foster collaboration and improve overall team performance.
  7. Performance Management Alignment: Develop methods to measure the alignment of performance management with organizational goals and objectives.
  8. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts within teams and provide guidance on effective communication strategies.
  9. Organizational Problem-Solving: Identify potential organizational problem areas and collaborate with management to develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and OD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
