Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Recovery Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recovery process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining contact with customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track due installments on a monthly basis and ensure prompt payment
  • Achieve regular recovery targets by working closely with the finance department
  • Maintain effective communication with customers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
  • Verify transactions and issue receipts to customers in a timely manner
  • Update account statements regularly and share them with relevant customers
  • Monitor default cases at unit level and send reminder letters and legal notices as needed
  • Provide regular construction updates to customers via email and WhatsApp
  • Hold physical meetings with customers at the office when required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Real estate experience is highly desirable
