Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Training and Development professional to enhance our employee training initiatives by designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful training programs.

This role requires an innovative individual with a deep understanding of learning principles and a passion for developing talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs driving employee performance and engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational objectives
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops employing diverse instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Design and implement innovative onboarding programs for new hires ensuring they feel welcomed informed and prepared to succeed in their roles
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to training participant feedback and program outcomes for management review
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback making continuous improvements as necessary
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the Learning Management System LMS ensuring all training materials are current accessible and aligned with learning objectives
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends and best practices integrating new ideas and technologies into training programs
  • Provide logistical support for training sessions and events including scheduling coordination and resource allocation ensuring smooth execution of all L&D initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or related fields
  • Strong facilitation presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems LMS and e-learning tools
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
