Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced trainer to deliver official CompTIA training courses and develop customized training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT training, a passion for teaching, and a proven ability to deliver engaging and effective sessions across a range of CompTIA certifications.

This role requires the candidate to stay updated with CompTIA certification updates, exam objectives, and best practices. Additionally, the candidate should be able to mentor learners pursuing CompTIA certifications and provide guidance on exam preparation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on labs, simulations, and interactive sessions to reinforce learning. They will also need to collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance course materials and lab environments.

The main goal of this position is to empower professionals and organizations through expert-led instruction in enterprise platforms and certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer credential.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT training and technical instruction.
  • A proven track record of delivering CompTIA certification training across various domains.
  • A strong understanding of core IT concepts including hardware, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
