Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Head Office. As the Senior Manager Information Security, you will oversee the management and implementation of our Information Security Management System. Your responsibilities will include managing cybersecurity measures, conducting network security assessments, developing security policies, and coordinating with departments to enforce security protocols.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an information security program that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities using risk management procedures.
  • Establish and enforce security policies, guidelines, and practices.
  • Monitor and respond to cyberattacks and security incidents.
  • Manage data breaches and security incidents with appropriate response strategies.
  • Audit and review security systems to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Lead the information security team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with departments to align security measures with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on security threats, risks, and best practices; recommend security technologies.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Academic degree in Cybersecurity or related IT discipline (minimum graduation).
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably at a Unit Head level or equivalent in a financial services organization.
  • Strong cybersecurity skills, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

You have a strong understanding of security protocols and can develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You are an excellent communicator and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
