About Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist Role

As a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients protect their digital assets and drive sales opportunities.

  • You will collaborate with the sales team to assess customer requirements, identify security gaps, and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Lead the design and architecture of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they address the customer's unique business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and hands-on proof of concepts to showcase the technical capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Engage in consultative selling, educating prospects on the value and benefits of comprehensive cybersecurity measures.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating the effectiveness of our cybersecurity products and services.
  • Support the sales team by contributing to the creation of technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions align with the client's needs.
  • Help clients assess their cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, making recommendations for improvement in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, identity & access management, and data security.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Platform team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role around presales, technical consultancy and solutions architecting.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and platforms such as firewalls, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
  • Expertise in a range of cybersecurity technologies including platform security, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity & access management, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
  • Industry-recognized cybersecurity or OEM-specific certifications preferably Fortinet, TrendMicro and Cloudflare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams and support the creation of compelling security proposals and presentations.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges, providing valuable solutions and guidance.
