Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Quality Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in various cultural contexts.

  • This role involves conducting English language assessments for new and existing employees, as well as daily call quality monitoring of all staff members.
  • The successful candidate will provide coaching and mentoring on spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation to improve the language skills of their colleagues.
  • This position also entails customer services training specific to UK culture – UK English language, as well as ongoing training and development (CPD) to upskill employees' standard of English.
  • In addition, the assessor will be responsible for QA of transcribed files and developing, maintaining, and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, IELTS/PTE/TOEFL, or a related field, with at least 4–5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams.

  • Ideal candidates will hold IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificate, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of UK English language dialect and strong communication skills are essential.
