Call Center Quality Assurance Representative

The primary goal of this role is to ensure that sales and customer service representatives adhere to quality standards by evaluating their performance during interactions with the consumer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate call performances using monitoring software and audio recordings for compliance with industry requirements.
  • Analyze representative interactions for adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent verbal communication and grammar skills.
  • Willingness to work at night in a quiet workspace.
  • Experience in Auto Insurance, Auto Warranty, or mortgage sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills for effective evaluation and feedback.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt new software applications.
  • Capacity to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.

This position requires strong attention to detail and quality assurance expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively evaluate call performances and provide actionable feedback to enhance representative skills.
