In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that customer-facing representatives meet high standards of quality by assessing their performance during calls.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor call quality using specialized software to identify areas for improvement.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center setting, with a proven track record of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concision.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Desirable experience in Auto Insurance, Auto Warranty, or mortgage industries, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Superb listening and analytical skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
