Quality Assurance Representative - Call Center

In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that customer-facing representatives meet high standards of quality by assessing their performance during calls.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor call quality using specialized software to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze representative interactions to ensure alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center setting, with a proven track record of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Desirable experience in Auto Insurance, Auto Warranty, or mortgage industries, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
  • Superb listening and analytical skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
