\We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
\This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
\The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and possess excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. They will also have knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
\A minimum of 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required, preferably in a shared service or centralized environment or recruitment agency. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment is preferred.
\About the Role
\As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.\
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing and screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.\
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing requirements and collaborate on position profiles and job descriptions.\
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks, to identify top talent.\
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.\
- Facilitating the interview and selection process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating on offers, and providing feedback to candidates.\
- Maintaining an organized applicant tracking system to monitor the recruitment pipeline.\
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\
- Providing regular recruitment metrics and reporting to management.\
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance related to hiring and employment.\
- Ensuring job descriptions contain HSE responsibilities as validated by the organization.\
- Conducting HSE Induction to new employees on a timely manner.\
- Ensuring the delivery and upgrade (as needed) of HSE training programs to all employees.\
- Maintaining records of required safety and health training, certifications, and medical surveillance.\
- Complying at all times with all applicable legal requirements, HSE policies and procedures, client's HSE procedures and practices.\
- Maintaining personal work areas tidy and hazard-free and reporting any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor.\
- Reporting immediately any newly identified hazard and participating in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent.\
