We seek a Procurement Manager who excels in communication and coordination with customers around new or ongoing procurement requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with suppliers for quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, etc.
  • Research vendors that meet company goals.
  • Meet with supervisors and department heads to understand needs across the company.
  • Forecast needs and supplies.
  • Review RFPs and SOWs.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Delegate tasks to the procurement team (at larger companies).
  • Train new employees and support team members as necessary.
  • Analyze data to ensure informed decisions.
  • Finding certified, accredited, and insured suppliers within budget constraints.
  • Working with AM and PMO teams for change orders and scoping/p pricing.
  • Preparing change orders and managing SOWs.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Business Administration, 5-8 years of buying experience, excellent English skills, strong communication, self-motivation, analytical skills, contract negotiation abilities, and inventory/RFP/SOW management proficiency.
