Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries about products, orders, and deliveries.
  2. Confirm customer orders over the phone and enter order details into our website portal.
  3. Update order status and ensure all confirmed orders are entered accurately into the system.
  4. Coordinate with the dispatch team to track deliveries and ensure timely shipment.
  5. Enter the daily quantity of delivered parcels into the company's tracking sheet.
  6. Address customer concerns and provide professional support in case of any issues with deliveries.
  7. Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and deliveries.
  8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
