About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to join our team as a Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and overall HR management tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with leadership to identify personnel needs and drive the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Journey Lead: Manage the entire hiring process from creating engaging job ads to administering assessments.
  • Onboarding Expert: Ensure new hires feel welcomed with a thorough orientation and benefits explanation.
  • Talent Fit Assessor: Assess candidates not only for skills but also for their alignment with our company values and culture.
  • Employee Relations Champion: Be the go-to person for employee and manager support, helping resolve issues and provide guidance on various HR processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits Partner: Assist in coordinating compensation studies and benefit offerings while keeping leadership informed.
  • Training & Development Leader: Develop and deliver impactful HR training sessions on topics like performance evaluations and best practices.
  • Compliance Guardian: Stay ahead of employment laws to keep our HR policies up-to-date.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster open dialogue with employees and management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and a proven ability to work with leadership on HR initiatives.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
