At the forefront of business growth, we seek a results-driven professional to spearhead our client relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Diligently generate new leads through various channels
- Analyze customer requirements to identify tailored solutions
- Select suitable solutions based on customer needs
- Meet with clients to discuss proposals and negotiate payment terms
- Submit proposals to clients and conduct daily meetings to ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate payment terms with customers and work with the recovery team to collect payments
- Develop an installation plan in collaboration with the support department and keep the client informed throughout the process
- Maintain regular contact with clients during the installation process and attend daily meetings with the engineering team to align tasks and brief them on the project
- Achieve monthly and annual targets as set by the company
- Create a list of marketing contacts for calls and activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and self-driven individual
- Willingness to meet with potential clients
