
Customer Service Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Operations Specialist to oversee the smooth operation of our call centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
Job Description- Monitor real-time performance metrics, including wait times, dropped calls and agent productivity.
- Take swift action to manage changes in call volume, agent schedules or system alerts to meet targets.
- Report technical problems or service disruptions to IT or management promptly.
The successful candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in a call centre, preferably in customer service, real-time monitoring or operations support. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but relevant experience is highly valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of call centre operations and common metrics.
- Comfortable with call centre software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
