
Customer Service Operations Manager

As a Team Lead for Customer Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the Call Center and Delivery Riders team.
Your key objective will be to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Home Delivery department.
You will be accountable for meeting sales targets as per agreed plans.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound home delivery requests, customer queries, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordination with the delivery team at stores is crucial to ensure maximum service level.
You will represent a positive brand image of the company at all times.
Key Job Responsibilities- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Able to handle stress effectively and possess good language skills and emotional intelligence.
- Upselling through outbound calls to regular customers and creating awareness about promotions and marketing campaigns is also required.
