Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of HR Business Partner in Lahore, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive employee relations, coordinating talent acquisition, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough investigations and implement effective solutions to resolve employee relations issues.
  2. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Participate in recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  4. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
  5. Assist with performance reviews by tracking employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to managers and employees.
  6. Work closely with the Training & Development team to evaluate employee skills and capabilities through Sales Competency Assessments.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and database maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
