Job Responsibilities
  1. Effectively manage a large volume of customer contacts via phone and chat.
  2. Analyze customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and build long-term relationships.
  3. Communicate openly with customers to address their concerns and improve their experience.
  4. Ensure seamless communication by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  5. Deliver precise and complete information to customers using suitable methods and tools.
  6. Contribute to team success by achieving individual and group targets.
  7. Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  1. Hold a minimum educational attainment of Intermediate/OA Levels.
  2. Minimum 1-year experience in customer-facing roles (Call Centre).
  3. Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
  4. Excellent proficiency in English or Arabic (written, oral, and presentation).
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts.
