">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our sales team and regional head in managing targets, facilitating smooth operations, and providing critical business analysis.

">This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with internal stakeholders, and providing analytical support to address specific business needs and challenges.

- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.">
- Develop and implement regional promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.">
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials and initiatives.">
- Share daily and weekly key performance highlights, focusing on all relevant KPIs, with the regional head and managers.">
- E nsure that performance metrics are tracked and reported accurately.">
- Manage all the on-ground activities including trade marketing and the region level activations.">
- Budgeting the requirement for the trade across different retail channels.">
- Vendor management for the trade marketing and ensure compliance of all the SOPs.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. They will also have minimum 5-7 years of experience in a business support or sales operations role, preferably in the financial services or telecom industry.
