Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished professional to take on a pivotal role in talent acquisition and management at our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various departments.

  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and contribute to the growth of the TA team.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best-practice recruitment methods.

  • Leverage market insights to proactively build pipelines and engage passive candidates.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform data-driven hiring decisions.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in-house environments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and market dynamics.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience in developing and executing complex hiring strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
