Job Summary

  • About the Role:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    • Assist with office events and activities.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
    • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documents.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
    • Provide customer service to employees and visitors.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
