This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to join our team as an Assistant HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee databases, sorting emails, and assisting with office events.

- About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with office events and activities.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
- Provide customer service to employees and visitors.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
