Upwork Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Upwork specialist to deliver exceptional results in finding and winning projects. As an onsite expert, you will be responsible for developing effective bidding strategies, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and shortlist high-quality job opportunities on Upwork aligned with our services
  • Write engaging, client-specific proposals that showcase your expertise
  • Manage daily bidding activity, meet monthly targets, and track responses and leads
  • Communicate with prospects to initiate discussions and gather requirements
  • Collaborate with our sales and tech teams to create winning strategies for specific clients
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in Upwork's algorithm and job trends
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Upwork bidding or online lead generation
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand client needs
  • Familiarity with digital services like software development, design, customer support, etc.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite from our office
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
