Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a strong background in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Creates and distributes contractual announcements to employees.
  • Provides customer service to employees, serving as a point of contact for benefit vendors/administrators.
  • Coordinates meetings and maintains calendars of HR management team members.
  • Compiles reports and spreadsheets, preparing data for analysis and decision-making.
Recruitment Process:
  • Develops value models for hiring positions, taking into account company goals and objectives.
  • Forecasts headcount based on business needs and strategic plans.
  • Participates in recruitment efforts, posting job ads and organizing resumes and applications.
  • Schedules job interviews and assists in the interview process, ensuring that new hires meet the necessary qualifications.
  • Collects employment information, conducts background checks, and prepares new employee files.
  • Ensures accurate completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Welcomes new employees, providing orientation and training to ensure successful integration into the organization.
Record Maintenance:
  • Maintains up-to-date HR files and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Updates records related to employee benefits, employment status, and other personnel matters.
  • Maintains records of grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, following established procedures.
  • Performs regular audits to ensure accurate maintenance of employee documentation.
  • Completes termination paperwork, supporting departing employees through the exit process.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • Five years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
