This role is a key leadership position that focuses on strategic Human Resources management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR procedures comply with employment regulations and maintaining a strong understanding of relevant laws and policies.

A critical aspect of this role is the ability to analyze existing policies, make recommendations for changes as needed, and implement new policies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Effective communication, conflict resolution, and training are also essential skills required in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership:

  1. Strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.
  2. Collaboration with senior leaders to develop and execute business strategies.

Policy Development:

  1. Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
  2. Designing and implementing new policies to promote employee well-being and development.

Employee Engagement:

  1. Developing and implementing programs to enhance employee morale and motivation.
  2. Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Training and Development:

  1. Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their career goals.

Skills Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proven leadership and management skills.

Qualifications:

  1. MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  2. HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are desirable.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior HR role.

Location: Translation and Localization - Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
