Business Growth and Collections Strategist

The Business Growth and Collections Strategist will lead the business development process by identifying opportunities in key markets. They will work closely with the Business Development team to create alliances with dealers, network with industry professionals, and meet customer expectations.

This role requires close coordination with the Executive Director to develop business strategies, proposals, and plans that drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing clear objectives and suitable strategies for Sales & Marketing.

The Business Growth and Collections Strategist will conceive strategies that ensure perpetual growth in Motorcycle Sale Business turnover, in line with the direction set out by Management.

Collections and Recoveries Strategy

A detail-planned Collection and Recoveries strategy should be conceived for the region. This collection strategy should be presented to the Executive Director. The Business Growth and Collections Strategist will manage the collection process of delinquent accounts to maintain credible receivables.

They will establish relationships with collection agencies and collection attorneys, manage recoveries matters, and prepare weekly recoveries plans. The Business Growth and Collections Strategist will also recommend changes to company credit management policy and operate within guidelines and requirements.

Department Coordination

The Business Growth and Collections Strategist will coordinate with various departments, including HR, After Sales & Customer Care, Central Sales, and Accounts & Finance. This will involve focusing on training personnel, identifying gaps in performance, and implementing HR policies.

The role requires a strong understanding of human resource development, sales and marketing operations, and financial management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
