About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and drive sales activities in Sindh, managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Sindh region, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging their strengths and addressing areas for improvement.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize product distribution and market share through effective communication and negotiation.
  4. Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to identify new business opportunities, assess customer satisfaction, and address any concerns in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
  7. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and strategies, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or similar role in the beverage industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, inspiring and driving sales teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the Sindh market, including consumer behavior, distribution networks, and competitor landscape, to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  5. Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and drive business results.
  6. Willingness to travel within the Sindh region to meet with customers, stakeholders, and team members, as needed.
