Key Responsibilities:
  • You will jointly oversee entire order processing within the EU.
  • You will organize transportation and customs clearance, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • You will handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • You will maintain close contact with the Warehouse Manager and Procurement Management in Konstanz.
  • You will manage customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and create weekly reports.
  • You will optimize sales processes and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Independent work style with a focus on solution-oriented thinking.
  • Quick learning ability and networked thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with WMS knowledge preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional foreign languages are a bonus (especially German).
