Chief Sales Director for South Region

The ideal candidate for Regional Sales Manager position at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. will be responsible for driving the daily B2B sales efforts and ensuring the overall positioning of the organization, brand communication, and business development in the South Region. This includes developing and implementing yield strategies, analyzing market performance trends, meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for direct sales, market mix, pricing, status, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategic goals for sales in the South Region.
  • Identify new market and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Conduct daily sales calls and arrange hotel visits to meet clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
  • Create effective Sales Programs to increase awareness and positive perception of the organization and its activities.
  • Prepare marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs, and annual budget for the South Region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
